Because I honestly have nothing worth showing there either
. It's just that I keep having to hop from series to series and I feel sort of guilty neglecting one or the other, so... I dunno, I linger long enough to add like a paragraph to something and then I'm on to something else :/. And that's only when school isn't roaring down my throat and demanding ESSAYS and SCIENCE.I'm starting to wonder why I joined those extra two clubs, why I'm still in two, and why my deviant art status insists that I need a subscription. x.x; Thankfully I have all my club teachers as, well, regular teachers, so I should be able to keep up. And it gets me out of the house, right?
And honestly, the homework load isn't that bad. I'm just a slacker and it piles up ;D.

Nothing much has actually changed. Still have both arms, legs and kidneys. Still avoiding the car. Still slacking. ;D Still occasionally talking to myself in a cockney accent for funsies. It's actually a hard habit to break now that I've started the Discworld novels. ;_; So very British. I read Good Omens and decided to try the Terry Pratchett stuff as well, since TvTropes likes them. It's nice to see a slightly analytical approach to the whole magic thing, too :].
I've been spending most of my free time watching The Nostalgia Critic and reading EVERY ARTICLE TvTropes has to offer. ^^ That's when I'm not on Gaia or Tektek or some other site that very clearly isn't DA, but I mean, come on. If I'm not going to upload I feel like I'm not being productive and it makes me feel all guilty just coming here ><.
Right now I'm on an extended Yu-Gi-Oh! binge. See, I stopped watching the animated series when I was a kid (like normal people >>
, but I stopped way before most of the third season. So every time I watch LittleKuriboh videos or try to go ANYWHERE on the internet and look at the series I've come against spoiler after spoiler. D< Well it ends now! For the last two months I've been rewatching the series episode by episode, reading online episode comparissons, watching the Japanese version, you know the drill. I even bought the first issue of the original manga. I'm all the way to episode 153 at the moment and I'm very proud of myself. Why all the trouble just so the internet can't spoil a decade-old show? Because I sort of want to see the ending anyways and I've made it this far, so why not? :] So that's something. After I finish all the way through the last episode, I'm thinking of watching something else, probably another anime. Anyone have any suggestions? I should probably get around to the classics eventually but after this I'd rather just watch something fun >>;. IE, something that isn't a philosophical blockbuster, like Ghost in the Shell. Not that Yu-Gi-Oh! is. >>; I'm not that slow.I feel really guilty updating here without posting something, but I honestly have nothing to post so... xD; Just letting you guys know why I haven't been updating and to let you know the stalling's going to continue. Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged series is so very addicting. I haven't seen the original cartoon since I was about 11. XD I completely forget the original plot. Something about Egyptians and rapist pharoahs.

I miss having lunch with you guys, but the great news is that Mrs. Sparks lets me sit in there and she's super sweet. One of the nicest people I have ever met.
And if you want a good anime series to watch try .Hack//SIGN, Hetalia (short 5 minutes episodes of the Axis powers), Akazukin Cha cha (very cute and very old- but great), Uh... Black cat, Chobits, Elfen Lied, Zoids, Knights of the Zodiac (also known as Saint Seiya), YuYu Hakasho, Tenshi Muyo, S-Cry-Ed, Paranoia Agent, And Rouroni Kenshin.
X3 Oh man, the yugioh series was so enjoyable when I was a kid. It was just so magical, and stuff. I even played the card game. That's right. I actually know the rules! XD -laughs-

Oh yeah, I know her. I used to have her in middle school. :] I'm glad you found somewhere cool to sit. I miss you, too... But the good news is I've got the same lunch as Alex/Alexis, and she's pretty cool. She says she has art with you and talked to you about the Abridged Series ^^.
I've heard of most of those, and I think I even remember trying a couple back when they were on Adult Swim, like Scryed and Paranoia Agent. I've been meaning to try YuYuHakasho for ages and Elfen Lied, too. ^^ Thanks for the suggestions, Phenix.
xDD I know! I still remember sitting up on the kitchen counter watching it as a kid, trying to figure out how the card game would go... I was pretty much always wrong xD;. I think I played it once or twice but I never got the hang of it myself >>;.

The bit about the YGO craze made me laugh. I've suddenly gone back to it too. xD Recently I started watching parts of the series over again, and I spent the best part of yesterday watching Abridged episodes. I'm also cosplaying as DMG for the convention in October (unless drifting Kitty spirit already read that 8D)
